Dr. Gabriel Okumu boasts of several years of teaching in Kenya’s education sector and well over a decade in Kenya's public service at a senior level. Gabriel’s interest is in Human Capital Development, Governance, and Strategic Leadership, where he has published a number of articles in international referred journals besides presenting in a number of regional and international meets in Malaysia, South Africa and the United Kingdom and received various commendations, besides contributing a book chapter in the upcoming JKF’s University level book on Performance Management.
